What data is collected

Only the data needed for each purpose is requested:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), format (in person or online), general reason for enquiry and the message you write.
• The Relationship Mapping Method™ interest list: first and last name, email address, country or city, profession, experience working with couples (optional), preferred language, what interests you about the training (optional), consent and submission date.
• Minimal technical data generated by the hosting provider and needed for the security and operation of the site.

Please do not send clinical information through the forms

The forms on this site are a first point of contact. Please do not include diagnoses, clinical history, medical reports or other health data. Clinical information is handled within the therapeutic relationship, with the corresponding information and safeguards.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and managing contact or the booking of a first session. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, performance of the service relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Adding you to The Relationship Mapping Method™ interest list and sending you information about that training. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Maintaining the security, availability and correct operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations where applicable. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention periods

• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and afterwards for up to one year, unless a service relationship begins.
• Interest list: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and at most while the training project remains active.
• Data linked to legal obligations: for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients and processors

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Providers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR are used to deliver the service:

• The hosting provider for the website infrastructure and the database where form submissions are stored.
• The transactional email provider that delivers the contact-form notification to the data controller.
• The email provider used to reply to your messages.
• If a new provider processing personal data is added, the corresponding processing agreement will be put in place and this policy will be updated before use.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
